Verisign announced that it will change the prices for .com domain registration and renewal by 7% for all registrars. The price increase will be reflected on September 1, 2021.

In addition to this year's price increase, Verisign has the right to increase the .COM domain fees by 7% in 2022 and 2023 and 2026 to 2029. It is not yet known whether Verisign will actually implement these price increases from 2022.

In the worst case it can happen that the current price will increase from 16.90 (2021) to 27.20 (2029).

Therefore, if you intend to keep your domain running for the next few years, we recommend that you renew it until August 31 at the old price. We recommend an extension of 10 years. This will save you a lot of money.

We point out that this price increase affects all registrars and an agreement between the US government, ICANN and Versign and is imposed on us so that we have to go with this increase.

You can apply for renewal in the domain administration or you can ask our support team to renew the domain for you.
