How do I contact ORC Web Hosting Support?
This guide introduces you to the support ticket area in your ORC web hosting customer area (customer dashboard). We have made every effort to develop a suitable and user-friendly interface to make your interaction with our staff as easy as possible. We will show you how to efficiently manage your tickets, submit a new ticket and request assistance from our technical support.
Send support tickets
The ticket system is used for internal communication between you and our technical support. For technical problems or billing inquiries, you can submit your request via a support ticket.
Support tickets can only be submitted by customers who are registered in their ORC Webhosting Customer Area logged in are. Please log in to your account to do so.
If you are logged in, you can create a new ticket by clicking Support Ticket in the left menu and then clicking the green "Create new ticket" button on the right.
Once this is done, the first thing you need to do is select the department to which the ticket should be assigned. Please make sure that you select the department relevant to your request:
Sale: Here we answer ONLY questions about our products or if you have a question about the invoice. Please note: NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT. If you ask us technical questions in this area, for example a problem with your web hosting, the Ticket closed and you get no answer!

Domain and DNS
Questions about the cPanel
Plugin or theme installations
and so on....
From the drop-down menu "Priority" button, you can select the applicable priority depending on the urgency of the request. Then you have to click the "Subject" of the ticket and select the service associated with the request from the drop-down menu "Related Service" select
Please describe your problem in detail in the "Message" text box. It is important to provide as much information as possible, as this will help our technical support team to locate the problem and solve it faster.

When you are done, all you need to do is click the "Submit" button and your support ticket will be successfully opened and sent to our support team.
Every time a support ticket is updated by the ORC Web Hosting team, you will also receive an email notification sent to the primary email address of your account with us. You can also view the ticket status on the home page of the customer area (dashboard) at any time.
Please note that if a support ticket is not updated from your side within 72 hours, it will be automatically closed due to inactivity. If an unresolved ticket was closed automatically, you can reopen it and reply to our team.
