How do I set Xtramail as the default mail client?

To Xtramail in cPanel as your default email client, you first need to access the webmail service. If you are not sure how to do that, please read our article: How can I access my email account through cPanel Webmail?. After you have logged in, please proceed as follows:

1.Click the email address located in the upper right corner of the default page.

2.A drop-down menu expands the various options. At the top of this menu you will see the Xtramail label and a star icon to the right.

3.To go directly to Xtramail, please click on the label «Xtramail«.

4.To use Xtramail as your Default email client please click on the star. It should be highlighted in black immediately.

You can achieve the same effect if you use "Open my inbox when I log in" set a check mark.

Once you complete step 4, you will be automatically redirected to Xtramail every time you log in to Webmail.
